We strive to ensure that your order reaches you promptly and securely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery processes:
Shipping for USA Orders: Free shipping for orders of $75 of more to addresses within the United States or you can choose from carrier rates from USPS and UPS to fit your delivery needs..
Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) for processing and shipping out your order.
Discreet Packaging: Your privacy is important to us. All orders are dispatched in unmarked outer boxes or poly mailers. Only an address label with the return store name and address will be visible.
Sales Tax: Please note that sales tax is applicable for orders delivered to addresses in Florida.
Estimated Delivery Times for USA Shipping Options:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2-6 days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 days
- UPS Ground: 1-5 days (varies by location)
- UPS 3 Day Select: 3 days
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 days
International Delivery:
We are currently shipping with USPS and DHL. Some brands such as Roma, Fantasy, Oh la la Cheri, Allure, Coquette and Kixies will have an additional 5 day transit time added to the delivery estimate for international customers who choose DHL at checkout.
For our international customers, please be aware that customs duties/taxes may be due upon arrival at your country's customs office. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover any duties/taxes and tax collection fees that may apply.
